What does a BI Developer at ROX Analytics do?

You’ll build modern BI Solutions. We have partners and customers from various industries in the Caribbean area and abroad, who crave well-structured and intuitive data insights. You will work with them from requirements gathering, to ETL, to data modelling and visualization to building desirable data solutions and helping them better understand their businesses through data.

You regularly participate in brainstorm sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives about various topics such as user experience, adoption, and task flow within the team. Besides that you will create elegant and user friendly data visualizations using Power BI (among other tools) that can easily be maintained and are scalable towards the future.

You recognize yourself in the following

• You have proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst or similar role.

• Working in an agile environment is second nature to you.

• You know your way around Power BI.

• You have experience with ETL processes and extensive experience with SQL.

• You are familiar with the dimensional modelling.

• Having the ability to learn to efficiently work with new platforms and technologies.
